Fotini is a solicitor working in the Property and Finance Department of our firm.  She graduated with LLB honours from London Metropolitan University before she successfully completed her studies for a Masters in Commercial Law at the same university.  Fotini is also fluent in Greek.

Fotini has a wide range of experience in all Property matters.  She represents clients in disposals and acquisitions of residential and commercial property, ranging from the low end of the market to multi-million conveyances. Fotini’s work portfolio in Commercial Property transactions and Commercial Contracts, includes advising both Landlords and Tenants in lease negotiations and associated licenses, as well as complex tri-party agreements for lease surrenders.

Fotini also has a wide range of finance experience, particularly in advising borrowers and lenders in relation to both high street long term mortgages and equity release schemes as well as short term-bridging finance.

Out of work Fotini likes to walk her dog Taco the chihuahua and enjoys Pilates.
