Howard started working in legal practice in 2007 and qualified as a solicitor in 2010.  Specialising in the provision of legal services concerning commercial property and expert legal advice especially in the area of commercial leases.

He has a wide range of experience dealing with many areas of law, including litigation, residential conveyancing and probate matters, before specialising in commercial property giving him a broad understanding of how other legal processes might effect clients and can advise accordingly.

Howard also has some experience in the construction and development industry giving him an understanding of developer’s and landlord’s needs and requirements.

With a keen interest in motor mechanics he often helps motor traders and car mechanics with their business problems when he is not at the karting track.
