Lawrence joined the Residential Real Estate department at Fahri LLP in 2024

Lawrence specialises in residential conveyancing, freehold and leasehold; sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equities and lease extensions.

Lawrence prides himself on dealing with a manageable caseload to ensure that transactions are dealt with diligently and efficiently to facilitate smooth progress of the matter to the satisfaction of our clients. Lawrence offers clear and concise communication to clients and other agents involved in the transaction to make sure all parties involved are pulling in the same direction.

In his spare time, Lawrence regularly participates in Saturday morning ParkRuns, plays 11 aside Football at the weekend and is a keen supporter of Arsenal Football Club.
