Merjan is a Family Law Solicitor at Fahri LLP with over four years of legal experience, gained both through her work at the firm and during her placement year as part of her undergraduate degree. She specialises in divorce, matrimonial finance and child arrangements. She also advises on and drafts cohabitation, separation, pre-nuptial, and post-nuptial agreements, helping clients plan for the future with clarity and confidence.

She joined Fahri LLP in June 2022 as a Paralegal, before starting her Training Contract in September 2023. She qualified as a Solicitor in September 2025. During her time at the firm, she has worked on a wide range of family law matters together with Fariz Uvais.
