Paul is a Consultant Solicitor at Fahri LLP. His career in law started in 2004 as a trainee solicitor going on to qualify as a solicitor in 2006. He is also fluent in Greek.

Prior to joining Fahri LLP in 2021, Paul was a Partner in West End firm, Nicholas & Co. Solicitors which took over Lewis Terrance Rose Solicitors in 2018, a firm which he founded and managed since 2009.

Paul has a legal expertise is in all areas of real estate acquisitions and disposals and financing. He also acts for both commercial landlords and tenants in commercial lease grants, renewals and assignments and well as other aspects of commercial property transactions.

He frequently acts for clients in acquisitions and sales of businesses as well as non-contentious work in relation to premises licences.

Paul also deals with property finance, development finance and bridging finance, acting for either the lender or the borrower.

He also acts for insolvency practitioners in relation to “pre-pack” sales of assets of companies in administration, drafting sometimes very complex contracts.

When Paul is not working he enjoys riding his motorcycle, playing polo, snowboarding and training in the gym. He also enjoys socialising and spending time with his family.
